"Approximately 6 weeks ago I made an application
with a Bank for a merchant account for by e-biz. This is a
choice I regret. Prior to completing the application I was
told by their representative that our internet business would
be set-up and running in four weeks. This afternoon I received
a call from the representative (one day prior to week six).
